## Sheet1
Number	Question
How are you to bill for overtime on traffic control if it is a unit per closure for the day and crew schedule is more than 8 hours? Are CMM's allowed?
Section 4.8.4.1 states "Enhanced Traffic Control and shall be performed on a Time and Expense (T&E) basis in accordance with the rates set forth in Exhibit D1 – Unit Pricing Rates" but there is no T&E section available in Exhibit D1. Please clarify how this should be quoted.
In the event that additional permitting/insurance is required under a non-OCIP project, how are those costs to be covered?
Do we get annual price increases on subcontractor unit prices (hydro excavation, traffic control)
Section 26 is intended to replace Section 19 for new 40kv construction; however, Section 26 only includes shield wire construction details. What standards or units will be used for non-shield wire 40kv construction to replace details 19X30B, 19X33A, 19X35, etc.?
The new language for the Non-Truck Accessible adder states that the unit cannot be billed if the contractor climbs the pole. Is it the company's intention that a non-truck accessible climber will be paid the same as work performed at a truck-accessible location?
Can DTE confirm the responsibilities of the contractor for permitting? Will DTE do the leg work of working with the municipalities for approval and contractor will just pay for the permit and back charge to DTE? Or will contractor need to include pricing for administrative time and efforts to obtain permits?
Contract says contractor might have to hang door knockers to customer locations. Will there be a preflight unit to bill per location for coordinating these efforts and talking with homeowners since this task is only "upon company request"?
Contract says contractor needs to notify homeowners about marking private utilities. Contractor will have a tough time getting homeowner to comply and mark utilities, also most homeowners will not sign anything stating they comply.
