Sustainability Report 2024

-- 2 of 56 --

About This Report
October 30, 2024 marks the first publication of a sustainability report for Centuri Holdings,
Inc., the parent company for Centuri Group, Inc., which was formed in 2024 for purposes of
conducting an Initial Public Offering, which closed on April 22, 2024. Future reports will be
issued by the public company but will reflect historical data for Centuri Group, Inc. All future
reports will include consolidated reporting for Centuri and it’s affiliates, including all operating
companies under the Centuri umbrella. Copies of the report will be published annually and
made available on investor.centuri.com/sustainability.
Our aim is to produce an annual sustainability report that encompasses material progress
and reporting on activity since the production of our previous report in December 2023. All
figures included in this report reflect activity during Centuri’s fiscal reporting year (January
1 – December 31, 2023), unless otherwise stated. Given the nature and duration of our work,
several projects highlighted in the narratives are multi-year efforts. New in 2024, we formalized
a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and will begin tracking progress of our KPIs in 2025.
